Rudy Giuliani is an American lawyer, politician, and businessman from the State of New York. He had been the Mayor of New York City from 1994 to 2001. Giuliani has had a very unique political career as he had been a Democrat and an Independent in the 1970s but has been a strong Republican from the 1980s to the present. At first he served in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. Then he became US Attorney. He prosecuted a number of famous cases against high profile people, including those against organized crime and Wall Street financiers. He was the Mayor of New York twice.
